I am so “into”, “turned on” to the individual’s process — how they got to where they are — What and how they were thinking. What they said to themselves. What they said to the world. How they took action. I think it’s fascinating. I truly believe that each person is able to re-create something new and fabulous for themselves in their lives be it their body, their career, their health, any aspect of their lives and when you change one aspect a domino affect takes place. It spills over to other aspects because your mindset shifts –a paradigm shift takes place. In this segment of CGL I want to take a close look at the lives of the Curvy Goddess. I’m interviewing them and we’ll talk and examine her process — how she got from point A to B or G, H, L wherever she may be on her path.
Human beings are infatuated with the destination, focused on the goal, fixated on results. I want to take the time and look closely at the process, the journey of the Curvy Goddess.
