The following are <strong>cravings food</strong> affirmations that will help support you on your journey to addiction freedom!</p>
<p>I allow myself to know I am more than my impulses. I receive the energy I need to free my body from <strong>cravings food</strong> addiction.</p>
<p>I realize that when I rid myself of all <strong>cravings food</strong> addiction I reveal who I truly am; I reveal my true Self.</p>
<p>The process of freeing myself of <strong>cravings food</strong> addiction can be challenging, but I also understand that it gets easier to hold at bay the longer I continue the process.<span id="more-1540"></span></p>
<p>Those days when I feel overwhelmed by my weaknesses and I can barely hang on, I am getting stronger in mind and spirit so that similar challenges in the future will not seem as difficult or overwhelming.</p>
<p>Each challenge is a unique experience, an opportunity for everlasting change. I acknowledge this and I forge on because I know that doing so is the only way to build inner strength.</p>
<p>I am very confident in knowing that success leads to more success. Freeing myself from <strong>cravings food</strong> addiction is like running up a winding, rocky road. I push through the exhaustion and take the next step because I know that each time I do, I am a little closer to my goal. I am finally FREE.</p>
<p>I am not afraid to ask for help. Just as athletes have trainers and coaches, I also take advantage of those people and the resources around me who are able and willing to support and encourage me as I tackle this food addiction challenge.</p>
<p>I choose mentors and role models who know what it’s like to struggle and stretch, to grow and win, so that I may use their wisdom to overcome my challenges.</p>

While it&#8217;s true that everything is okay in moderation, you&#8217;ll be doing your body a good service by keeping some of the worst food to a minimum.</p>
<p>Chances are there are healthy food alternatives that you can introduce into your diet that you&#8217;ll actually enjoy and will beat the <strong>cravings food</strong> that aren’t so healthy will make worse.<span id="more-1501"></span> </p>
<p>While you may still miss some of the offending foods, you can save them for special occasions and, instead, indulge in some new healthier foods that will eventually be standard healthy fare in your life. </p>

Food</strong> that really is not food but what I call processed &#8220;food stuff&#8221;. </p>
<p>I don’t think white potatoes are that healthy even if they are baked but avoid the deep-fried form altogether. </p>
<p>If you enjoy potatoes, consider eating a baked potato or opt to enjoy mashed potatoes using greek yogurt as a substitute for sour cream once in a while. </p>
<p>Have the sweet potatoes as they&#8217;re packed with vitamins and fiber. Eating more sweet potatoes will help decrease your <strong>cravings food</strong> tendencies.</p>

<p>The good news is that there are some healthy treats similar to ice cream that you can enjoy instead. </p>

<p>4.	<strong>Fruit Smoothies.</strong> Fruit smoothies make the worst <strong>cravings food</strong> offender list because they&#8217;re a health food in disguise. </p>
<p>Sure they are made of fresh fruit, but there is often added sugar and/or cream, standard <strong>cravings food</strong> triggers.</p>
<p>They&#8217;re also often served in large portions. </p>
<p>This means that one smoothie may give all of your calories for the day. </p>
<p>You can combat this problem by making your own smoothies out of fresh fruit, or you can opt for smaller portions. </p>
<p>5.	<strong>Pie.</strong> Pies are another dessert item that&#8217;s best left for a special occasion. </p>
<p>They&#8217;re packed with extra sugar and, often, large amounts of trans fat. </p>
<p>One slice of pecan pie can actually top the 500 calorie mark plus will aggravate <strong>cravings food</strong> addictions if you are prone to it. </p>
<p>You can attempt lower calorie pies by using more fruit and less sugar, cream and nut additives to help alleviate the <strong>cravings food</strong> triggers.</p>

Roselyn is another Curvy Goddess who LOVES food. I met Roselyn from  my Curvy Goddess Workout Small Group <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.curvygoddessworkout.com/" target="_blank">NYC Personal Training</a> sessions. She is a success story.<span><br />
</span><br />
Roselyn has lost 23 pounds and went down a couple of sizes being consistent with her workouts with me.<span><br />
</span><br />
I am thrilled that she is a client and friend of mine that has finally discovered how empowering exercise can be.<span><br />
</span><br />
Roselyn is not a success story because she lost weight but because she has re-framed fitness, changed her attitude toward moving her glorious body, using her physical temple.<span><br />

</div>Going through the “food experiment” by creating her visual <strong>cravings food</strong> log, she made some shocking discoveries. Food is her lover.<span><br />
</span><br />
She states, “When it comes to food, I will drop everything for food. There’s no socializing for me unless there’s food involved…Or I will not go out or hang out because I’ve got my own ‘food party’ at home all by myself.”<span><br />
</span><br />
Roselyn calls herself the Wanton Food Tart because not only is she seduced by food but she will seduce others into convincing them to bring food into the social fun!</p>

I’d like to introduce you to an amazingly wise and sexy, Curvy Goddess, Aegina. I admire this Goddess absolutely. Aegina is a Curvy Goddess who falls into the dress size of 12 and sometimes 10 on a sodium free day; that borderline, in-limbo land size.<span><br />

You know those girls who aren’t really accepted into the skinny bitch category but always on the crux of being accepted by the mainstream only if she lost 10-15 pounds.<span><br />
</span><br />
Boy, would I love to be in Aegina’s shoes. I don’t care about those 15 pounds. I’d wear a bikini anytime I’d stepped out of my apartment, even to the grocery store to buy my apples and melons.</p>

<p>I LOVE Aegina. I look up to this woman because she just puts it out there. And she never apologizes for it.<span><br />
</span><br />
She shared with me about her consultation to a plastic surgeon to actually get her whole body lifted.<span><br />
</span><br />
Her intention was to maybe see what an inner thigh lift was all about but if she could get her whole body lifted then what the heck?<span><br />
</span><br />
Well she didn’t go through with it but she learned so much about herself from that adventure on her path to self-love.</p>

<p>You, Curvy Goddess see food as more than fuel. Food can mean ‘Love’, so it will comfort. It may be a weapon so it is able to destroy the good place that you may be in.</p>
<p>I sure can vouch for all of these meanings. Food is my Achilles heel. Food is not just food for me. Food has meaning. It has power.</p>
<p>It makes me do things that no man could ever motivate me to do. I would more likely writhe in a huge vat of chocolate pudding than______________________ in the woods with Bob.</p>

<p>I am the Mood Swinger. My <strong>cravings food</strong> log will reveal to you that based on my mood at a certain moment I will either eat like a truck driver or eat like a “good girl” SHOULD.</p>
<p>Sometimes the pressure of the “good girl” totally irks me and Mack, the truck driver will stick around for weeks while “good girl” Diane can go in-hiding.</p>
