It is extremely important to eat your vegetables! They are chock-full of important nutrients. Try to have a veggie or two at each meal, and extra veggies for snacks. Learn new, fun veggies recipes!

That’s so true. My favorite is kale and I sometimes will add in green veggie powder to my water. It tastes great actually!

I can say that to limit your intake of both fat and carbs, eat fresh green vegetables with almost every meal. Broccoli, asparagus and spinach have extremely low counts of carbohydrates, fat and calories. Other low-carb, low-fat vegetables include tomatoes, peppers, lettuces, mushrooms, kale, collard greens, squash and zucchini.

How much weight have your lost so far? How long have you been on it? What are some meal and snack ideas? How long did it take you to start feeling better (energy)? Does it get easier or harder to stick with? Any success stories would be great. Thanks.,

My former gym instructor recommended eating hard boiled eggs (excluding the yolk) not as a snack but as a meal. I did follow his instructions but only for a while because I really get hungry all the time and I was afraid that too much hunger might affect my health. I’m not having overweight problems so I thought I just need to eat healthy. :)
