This negative association is a huge barrier to attaining your fitness and body goals of firm curves. Many women are concerned about building too much muscle and suffer from stereotypical viewpoints.
It is an unnecessary worry when considering incorporating strength training exercise into your routine.
The average competitive body builder works out excessively in order to get the muscles they are famous for, plus they have to be on a very strict regimen with lots of protein and little or no fat plus they are on massive muscle building steroids.
You’d have to go through the same steps to look big and bulky and take an extra dose of human growth hormone and testosterone.
Strength training exercise routines are fundamental in my plus size workout, Curvy Goddess Workout and the results are all positive.

If you use weights properly and alternate your strength training exercise routine with some plus size yoga, Pilates, and stretching exercises there is little risk of you bulking up.
I incorporated many functional and core exercises and Pilates moves into my Plus Size Workout and many of my Curvy Goddesses find that they enjoy the challenge and variety of Curvy Goddess Workout.
You can gradually increase intensity with your workouts by increasing the load/resistance/weight as you work out over a period of time to outsmart the adaptation process.
A note to you Curvy Goddess from a professional; you should be careful of using too much weight at once.
It’s easy to cause injury putting you out of commission for a few days, weeks, or even months.
