Curvy Goddess Body-in-Motion
Integration of the Body, Mind, and Spirit is the Plus Womens ideal path. As a NYC personal trainer, working with a number of women through my plus size workout, Curvy Goddess Workout, to help transform their bodies there is no question in my mind that a healthy, positive mind and Spirit are vital in the success of the physical transformation.
Below are affirmations that’ll help you get in the groove of being a loving, healthy, and happy Curvy Goddess with a respectful attitude about your Self.
I am a Curvy Goddess with a beautiful body when set in motion, stays in motion.
This universal law of physics applies to both my curvy body and strong mind. Once I start an activity or a project, it’s easy breezy to maintain momentum. My Curvy Goddess energy stays in perpetual motion.
Knowing this, I can soar past obstacles in my path and remain focused on my Plus Womens dreams and goals.
I create my action plans so they begin with easier, less stressful tasks. This allows me to start any project with ease.
Then I can quickly complete that task and move effortlessly onto the next, gaining momentum as I move forward.
My powerful energy of my forward momentum helps push challenges aside. My active and focused mind is able to figure out a way to work with or overcome difficulties.
Sometimes I may have to alter my plans, it doesn’t mean that I won’t attain my goals and it doesn’t mean that I will and become a failure. Success is about moving with flexibility. And that will help me always maintain momentum.
It is similar to a new plus size workout routine. When I finally begin the routine I give myself a strong push toward health, the energetic momentum builds the more days I do my exercise routine. Finally it becomes habit over time and I am able to work it into my life because I see it is as a part of my life.
I choose to maintain my forward momentum with my eyes on my prize, even if I must change my plan from time to time I go back to my plus size workout routine easily and quickly.
After my exercise routine, I wind down at the end of the day and rest. The next morning I feel rejuvenated and I have the energy to do it again!
Today, I strive to be the Curvy Goddess with a beautiful body, strong mind and Spirit, when set in motion, stays in motion. With my forward momentum, I can handle anything that steers me away from my tasks.
I may change my route to overcome challenges that arise, but I am still on the Plus Womens path to attain my dreams.

2. What Plus Womens challenges in my life do I allow to stop my momentum?
3. Can I alter my path to get past my challenges so I can keep moving forward?
